Parent Tesitmonials:

Email from a parent who moved to Waukesha County and regretfully had to change daycares because of the driving distance:

“I looked at 6 daycares in the Elm Grove, Brookfield and Wauwatosa area.(We have removed their names for privacy purposes).  I had 3 categories that I used and compared them with Renaissance.

Facilities
1)  The Gymnasium- No one has this type of area for the children to run around in when they can't go outside due to inclement weather.  I love the fact that the kids can get out of there classrooms and run around.  It is great for them both physically and mentally.
2) Lunch room - out of all 6 places none of them had a lunch room.  They all had the children eat in the classroom.  Once again, it gives the kids a change of scenery but all teaches them to line up, walk orderly to the lunch room and eat with other kids other than their classmates.
3) Classroom Size and Equipment - by far, Renaissance has larger class rooms and newer equipment.  Especially, with all the upgrades that have recently taken place.

Teachers
1) All the teachers that I talked to were very friendly, courteously and had a good curriculum for teaching preschooler basics.  We made our decision to take our daughter to ______ daycare and her teachers are very nice, work well with the children and keep a clean and orderly room.  But the key attribute they don't have is the personal extras.  You can tell that it is a job and they do a very good job but the extra personal piece is missing.  At Renaissance, all the teachers that our daughter had from Infant Room and up had that extra personal touch.  And also (Director) Lenny and (Assistant Director) Kara, give the extra personal feel that I have not found at the other centers.

Pricing
1)  Renaissance is lower in price then all of the daycares that I looked at.  Even with a 10% increase, Renaissance would still be $30 (2wks) less then the average price of the daycares we looked at.

I just wanted to share some of the information that I have gathered over the last few weeks that separates Renaissances from other Daycares”

Another testimonial from an infant room parent:

“As a first time parents of an infant we were very anxious about the process of finding and trusting a daycare to keep our daughter.  The staff at Renaissance was very calm and reassuring in their actions and conversations with us; I could tell they were truly caring about the children.  The extensive experience of the staff and quality care they showed both us, as parents, and our daughter made my transition back to work far easier than I thought.  We are very grateful for their energy toward our family.  My husband and I are both happy with our decision and feel the long term commitment the Renaissance staff offers to our family.”
