Board of Directors

The Renaissance Board of Directors is made up of five individuals committed to maintaining Renaissance’s tradition of providing affordable, high quality childcare on Milwaukee’s east side.

The Board of Directors consists of the Director, Assistant Director, and three devoted volunteer parents.  The Board is responsible for the quality of care provided at the center, appointing a director, as well as the overall financial health of the center.  The Board makes decisions ranging from personnel policies to tuition prices.  The Board appoints a Director to carry out the day to day business of the center and ensure that the long-term goals of the Board are met.

While members of the Board are the only individuals with a vote in making these important decisions, they are counseled by an advisory board made up of former board members and parents who have an interest in being involved in their child’s daycare.  To express your interest in joining the Board of Directors or the advisory Board contact us.
